About the role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to configure and launch large‑scale tactical and trigger email and push campaigns using a CDP platform (Adobe Campaign). The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch mass tactical and trigger mailings in Adobe Campaign.
• Review and adjust provided HTML templates, inserting links, UTM tags and dynamic parameters.
• Segment client databases for email and push campaigns based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate activities with related departments.
• Export communication metrics for email and push campaigns and overall database KPIs in the required format for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze communication performance.
• Develop hypotheses for A/B testing with the team and analyze results.
• Audit key metrics to build effective communication strategies.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of email and push campaign processes: setup, segmentation, testing, reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; above‑basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
