About the role

We are seeking an AI Specialist to design, launch and optimise large‑scale tactical and trigger email and push campaigns using our Customer Data Platform (Adobe Campaign). The role combines technical implementation with data‑driven analysis to improve communication performance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and launch mass tactical and trigger mailings in Adobe Campaign.
• Review and adapt provided HTML templates, inserting links, UTM parameters and dynamic variables.
• Segment client databases for email and push campaigns based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align campaign activities.
• Export communication metrics for email, push and overall database performance in the required format.
• Analyse communication results and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the team to develop A/B testing hypotheses and interpret outcomes.
• Audit key performance indicators to build effective communication strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of email and push campaign setup, segmentation, testing and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; above‑basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Campaign.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
