About the role

The Senior Talent Sourcer will lead candidate discovery, market intelligence, and pipeline strategy across key business functions, ensuring high‑quality talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing and candidate engagement strategies for active vacancies, driving pipeline quality and efficiency.
• Manage talent insights activities, set stakeholder expectations, anticipate hiring risks, and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Analyze external labor market data—talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation trends—to align acquisition strategy with market dynamics.
• Collaborate on strategic talent mapping, identifying hard‑to‑fill roles, emerging critical skills, and key talent sources.
• Develop and maintain professional talent networks and continuously improve the internal candidate database.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent intelligence experience, preferably in high‑growth or technology environments.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation for niche, hard‑to‑fill, and executive‑level positions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and challenge assumptions using data.
