Sourcer – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will handle sourcing and engagement for active vacancies, build long‑term talent pools, and support research on market trends and talent availability. The role works closely with recruitment, employer brand, and people & culture teams in an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for specific searches and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Engage, pre‑screen, and maintain talent networks and pools for key roles and locations.
• Contribute to internal database improvements and participate in cross‑functional projects with recruitment and employer brand teams.
• Research talent availability, compensation expectations, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a talent sourcer or tech recruiter, in‑house or agency.
• Strong communication skills in English (upper‑intermediate or higher) and ability to handle large amounts of information quickly.

Required skills

• Boolean search, X‑ray search, natural language search techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Twitter and similar sourcing platforms.
