Senior Manager – Banking Digital Transformation (Strategy & FS Consulting)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join PwC’s Strategy& Financial Services Consulting practice, focusing on banking digital transformation. The role will lead strategic and operational initiatives for banks, helping redesign processes, improve customer journeys and evolve operating models across retail, SME, corporate and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business transformation projects for financial institutions.
• Define target operating models, transformation priorities, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess current‑state processes and organisational set‑up, identify improvement opportunities and design target‑state solutions.
• Redesign core banking processes such as onboarding, lending, servicing, sales, collections and customer support.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technology teams on solution design and implementation planning.
• Support product, channel and customer‑experience initiatives, including CRM‑enabled sales, digital onboarding and data‑driven engagement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in banking or financial services consulting, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven ability to work with senior business, operations and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of turning business priorities into practical roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to drive change across multi‑disciplinary teams.
