Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a leading diversified investment holding in Kazakhstan. You will work closely with internal brands across development, retail, HoReCa, and sport sectors, influencing how the holding and its subsidiaries are perceived.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key visuals, brand materials, advertising layouts and presentation assets for the holding and its subsidiaries.
• Manage full‑cycle creative projects from brief to final production.
• Prepare digital, print, POSM and corporate communication materials.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
• Leverage AI‑based design tools to accelerate and enhance creative work.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary specialized education in design, advertising, marketing or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience as a designer or art director, preferably in agencies or in‑house creative teams.
• Strong, up‑to‑date portfolio.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual communication and unified visual style.
• Excellent visual taste, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using AI design tools for concept generation and production.
