CX Graphic Designer (AI-generated visuals)

About the role

Higgsfield AI, a fast-growing generative AI company, is hiring a full-time CX Graphic Designer for its on-site office in Almaty. The role creates visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts, using AI image and video models while keeping a consistent character and style across many pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
• Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema and short video examples in Cinema Studio, keeping one character consistent across an article
• Write and refine your own prompts, document them so readers can reproduce the result, and work with the content team on visuals before writing begins
• Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it grows beyond a few hundred articles

Required profile

• A portfolio of real AI-generated work such as promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns, with explanations of how each was made
• Hands-on experience producing promo videos end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
• Ability to keep character, style and lighting consistent across a series of images and video clips
• English at a level where you can set type and spot a broken headline, and can explain your design choices

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI image and video models and their strengths and limits
• Strong prompting, iteration and debugging skills
• Editing of 15-30 second promos with pacing, titles, grading and sound
• Solid design foundation: composition and typography
• Nice to have: performance creatives for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts; motion design (After Effects); advanced workflows such as ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting and lip-sync

What we offer

• Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow
• Access to Higgsfield products and the internal AI tools
• Breakfast, lunch and coffee provided
• High ownership and growth potential in a full-time position
