Senior Global E‑com & Partnerships Marketing Manager

About the role

inDrive is seeking a visionary, metrics‑driven leader to own the global marketing strategy for its e‑commerce delivery vertical and strategic partnerships. The Senior Global E‑com & Partnerships Marketing Manager will transform the e‑com arm into a daily utility for millions of users, driving acquisition, retention and revenue across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive global marketing strategy to scale inDrive’s e‑com offering in all priority markets.
• Own the marketing mix and funnel optimization to meet aggressive KPIs such as new user acquisition cost, volume, quality, monthly transactional customers, retention rate and average order value for both sellers and buyers.
• Lead end‑to‑end partner management worldwide, from validation and commercial modeling to pilot launches and full‑scale marketing integrations.
• Design cross‑vertical partnership campaigns that convert single‑product users into multi‑vertical platform users (e.g., ride‑hailing to e‑com or food).
• Calculate, forecast and deliver measurable net revenue generated from marketing‑driven partner integrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketplace marketing experience with a strong grasp of acquisition, retention and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire multicultural, cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Expertise in strategic budgeting, media planning and marketing‑mix modeling to maximize ROI across global channels.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting strict growth targets and KPIs.
