Project Manager, Courier Onboarding & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end courier and freight onboarding and compliance processes for our Delivery Hub. The role sits in the Supply department and bridges regulatory requirements, product experience and funnel conversion to build a seamless, compliant onboarding machine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the courier and freight registration and verification funnel, driving conversion and compliance metrics.
• Develop and maintain the WatchDocs registration platform, configuring country‑specific forms in partnership with product.
• Plan and execute data migrations to new platforms, monitoring impact on registrations and supply continuity.
• Lead KYC, identity verification and document requirements, delivering compliance dashboards and platform features.
• Represent the Delivery Hub in cross‑vertical regulatory initiatives and prepare markets for upcoming legal changes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management or operations experience in ride‑hailing, delivery or marketplace platforms.
• Strong ability to translate legal and regulatory mandates into product requirements and quantify business impact.
• Fluent English with proven cross‑cultural communication across Central Asia, Africa, LatAm and South Asia.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable pushing back on stakeholders with evidence.

Required skills

• SQL (BigQuery) for data extraction and validation.
• BI dashboard creation using Tableau or similar tools.
• Project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
