Procurement Specialist

About the role

inDrive is looking for a structured, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support purchasing across its Marketing stream in several jurisdictions and markets. The role coordinates the procure-to-pay process end to end: reviewing purchase requests, running tenders, managing vendor data and tracking contracts. It works closely with the Procurement Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to make purchasing faster, more transparent and more cost-effective.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain expertise in assigned categories such as Marketing, IT, Facility Management and Consulting
• Review Purchase Requests before approval and PO release, including a KYC check, and oversee contract timelines with weekly progress reports to the Lead
• Manage sourcing, tender and benchmarking processes in line with procurement policy, and run supplier searches and evaluations
• Maintain vendor master data in ERP systems and a supplier database by expertise and location
• Analyse procurement data, produce reports on performance and efficiency, and consult internal stakeholders on the P2P process in ERP and CLM systems
• Support negotiations during tenders, identify cost-reduction opportunities and take part in process optimisation

Required profile

• 2+ years of procurement experience, ideally as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience; professional qualification or solid understanding of finance and contract management
• Experience running sourcing, tender and benchmarking processes and managing vendor checks (e.g. KYC)
• Fluent English

Required skills

• P2P process in ERP and CLM systems, with the ability to advise internal stakeholders on their use
• Strong analytical skills and structured, detail-oriented approach
• Clear communication and stakeholder management
