About the role

The training centre in Aktobe seeks an experienced Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Trainer to deliver mandatory courses for adult learners. The role involves both classroom instruction and practical sessions, ensuring participants acquire up‑to‑date knowledge of safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lectures and hands‑on training on occupational safety and industrial safety topics.
• Prepare, update, and localise teaching and methodological materials.
• Develop and refine curricula in line with changes to Kazakh safety legislation.
• Provide consultancy to participants on safety and health matters.
• Assess learner knowledge through tests and practical evaluations.
• Coordinate with the centre’s administration to organise the training process.

Required profile

• Higher technical education (engineering or related field).
• Minimum 5 years experience in occupational safety or industrial safety.
• Proven experience teaching adults and conducting training programmes.
• Certification as a lecturer in safety and health (BiOT) and documented qualifications in industrial safety.
• Deep knowledge of current Kazakh safety legislation and standards.
• Ability to create clear, structured learning materials and engage a group of learners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Kazakh occupational safety regulations.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices.
• Capability to develop training curricula and instructional content.
