Paid Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Paid Acquisition Lead to own and scale our global paid media strategy. The role is senior, hands‑on, and fully remote, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the full Google Ads ecosystem – strategy, account architecture, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and optimization across Search, Display and Performance Max.
• Improve lead quality, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and overall revenue impact.
• Test, launch and scale additional paid channels such as Microsoft Ads, Meta, Reddit, Quora and LinkedIn.
• Leverage AI tools to automate campaign audits, generate ad copy, analyse search terms, identify negative keywords and build landing pages.
• Own landing‑page creation and optimisation using Unbounce or AI‑assisted builders.
• Monitor full‑funnel metrics (Impression Share, Quality Score, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) and use data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, product, development and operations teams to align messaging, creative and funnel efficiency.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max.
• Proven track record of improving leads, CPA/CPL, ROAS, conversion rates or revenue.
• Deep expertise in campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bidding, audience signals and automation.
• Experience scaling paid channels beyond Google Ads.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, analysis, copywriting, optimisation or workflow automation.
