National Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales team located in Almaty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a strategic and tactical plan for the National Key Account channel.
• Build strong and sustainable relationships between CCI and customers.
• Encourage relationship building and teamwork across departments at all levels.
• Prepare joint annual business plans for customers and conduct field visits to capture regional opportunities.
• Identify customer needs to guide new product launches and additional services.
• Identify and share best practices executed in key accounts.
• Monitor customer and consumer trends in the channel and develop projects.
• Plan seasonal and annual execution projects per customer.
• Negotiate and resolve customer difficulties and demands in changing conditions.
• Build capability and provide specialized training or coaching to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or Management.
• 3‑5 years of managerial experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Kazakh, Russian and English.
