About the role

The Esentai Mall is looking for a Facility Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth interaction with tenants, contractors and internal services, and maintain high service quality across the shopping centre and its surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Control daily operational activities of the mall and monitor the condition of the property and adjacent territory.
• Interact with tenants on operational issues, review and approve work requests, and handle material movements.
• Ensure tenants comply with mall rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with cleaning, security, technical services, and parking providers.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor work quality and timeliness, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee administrators, verify daily reports, and manage engineering, technical and parking equipment issues.
• Participate in contract negotiations for supplies, repairs, and construction‑installation work.
• Handle accounting documents, issue warnings to tenants for rule violations, and prepare weekly/monthly footfall and parking reports.
• Control budgets for cleaning, security, technical services and parking, contributing to cost optimisation.
• Resolve administrative, logistical and conflict situations with visitors promptly.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support Kaizen initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education or secondary specialised education.
• Experience dealing with tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in document handling and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to set priorities independently.
• Organised, responsible, detail‑oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
