Head of Global Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on operating leader to shape and run our Global Workplace strategy across headquarters, offices worldwide, and distributed remote teams. This role partners directly with business leaders and country teams to support inDrive’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global facilities strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead and integrate diverse teams managing physical offices and remote facilities operations.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating needs into operational solutions.
• Mentor direct reports and other leaders, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all global facilities initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading operations across multiple international markets.
• Proven track record managing large, geographically distributed remote teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and complex operational budget management.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive leadership.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with international regulatory and cultural differences.
• Leadership of both physical facilities and remote team support.
