Manager, Commercial

About the role

A results-driven and strategic Manager, Commercial is needed in the Aviation Commercial department of AirAsia X Almaty (AAAMS). The role leads the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives, covering brand positioning, campaign execution, digital performance and market growth strategies, in close cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM and offline channels.
• Lead brand positioning, storytelling and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budgets, timelines and external vendors such as media agencies and tourism partners.
• Use effective channels to promote the brand cost-efficiently, driving conversions and bookings.
• Track and report KPIs, campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage and develop the internal marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, advanced diploma or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable business results.
• Demonstrable passion for travel, especially Asia.
