Lobby Host

About the role

The Lobby Host is the welcoming face of the hotel, creating warm, personalized first impressions for every guest. You will engage visitors in the lobby, guide them through the property, and ensure memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized Hilton welcome and assist guests with wayfinding and orientation.
• Build genuine connections, recognize returning guests and Hilton Honors members, and share local recommendations.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to “Make It Right.”
• Facilitate heartfelt departure experiences, gather feedback, and inspire guest loyalty.
• Promote hotel outlets, dining, spa, and other amenities, supporting reservations and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor lobby flow, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and communicate operational feedback to staff.
