About the role
ADL Disputes, a leading dispute resolution firm handling international arbitration and litigation in both foreign and Kazakh courts, is offering a legal internship at its Almaty office. The internship provides hands‑on exposure to complex dispute matters and the chance to work alongside highly ranked lawyers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in preparing documents for arbitration, court filings, and case management.
- Conduct legal research on international and Kazakh law relevant to ongoing disputes.
- Support the drafting of memoranda, briefs, and client communications.
- Participate in team meetings and observe court or arbitration proceedings.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled as a student at Caspian University, KIMEP University, or Narxoz University.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong academic record and interest in dispute resolution.
Required skills
- Legal research abilities.
- Basic drafting and document preparation skills.
