About the role

The Company Interaction Coordinator will facilitate communication between senior management, project control (PC) and production support (PSA) teams in Atyrau. The role ensures timely preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, documents, and regulatory information, supporting effective decision‑making across oil and gas processing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and pre‑read documents for PC and PSA.
• Maintain comprehensive registers of events, track actions, and close completed items.
• Manage access to databases, upload documents, and grant permissions as needed.
• Provide regulatory guidance (SSD/SRP) to directors and assist in meeting preparation.
• Handle all PC/PSA inquiries, draft responses, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Monitor key operational events (maintenance, production slow‑downs, shutdowns) and coordinate information exchange.
• Analyze interaction effectiveness, develop KPIs, and propose process improvements.
• Develop and update stakeholder interaction plans, supporting directorates in implementation.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, business administration, public management or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical, financial, project or production environments, preferably oil and gas processing.
• Strong understanding of company production operations and ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience in process analysis and data‑driven decision making.
