Project Manager Operations

About the role

The Project Manager Operations will be assigned to specific countries or accounts, ensuring project goals for cost, time, and scope are achieved. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with central functions, and implementing strategies to maximise productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all processes comply with HSE policies and meet contractual obligations on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Prepare project plans, part lists, and manage work breakdown structures, cost plans, and risk registers.
• Monitor progress, coordinate with engineering and project teams, and report to Regional OPS Directors.
• Control inspection sheets, NCRs, RAMS, and manage invoicing, timesheets, and cost control for planned and unplanned outages.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and internal staff, and lead Go/No‑Go, crew briefing, and close‑out meetings.

Required profile

• Technical Gas Turbine experience with offshore or North Sea project background.
• Previous experience managing contract service delivery for customers.
• Mechanical engineering degree (bachelor or master) and Project Management qualification.
• Ability to read and understand contracts and create detailed project plans.
