Junior Accountant

About the role

TMF Group is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join its Almaty office. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop accounting skills in a global outsourcing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post accounting entries using 1C Accounting and other ERP tools.
• Process online banking transactions and support regular financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of mandatory tax and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with Kazakh accounting and tax legislation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Higher or partially completed higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience with 1C Accounting; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in online banking platforms and reporting software.
• Strong attention to detail, result‑orientation and ability to work under multiple deadlines.
