IT Product Operation Expert

About the role

The IT Product Operation Expert will support the operational performance of digital products and ride‑hailing platform features in the local market. Acting as a bridge between local operations teams and product/engineering teams, the role ensures efficient product implementation, optimisation and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance of ride‑hailing products and internal operational tools.
• Coordinate product roll‑outs, feature testing and implementation in the local market.
• Collect operational feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve user experience.
• Support driver onboarding systems, customer operations tools and internal digital workflows.
• Identify operational issues affecting product performance and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Prepare operational reports and performance insights for management.
• Analyze user behaviour and operational data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Investigate platform incidents affecting drivers, customers or internal users and track resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, digital operations or platform support.
• Experience with technology products, ride‑hailing platforms or digital services is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.
