Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and continuously improve our computing infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, security, and scalability while driving automation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the company’s computing infrastructure, guaranteeing performance and scalability.
• Monitor resources, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and manage alerts and notifications.
• Implement security best practices, apply patches, and support compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, and budget planning.
• Perform system administration tasks such as resource management, backup/recovery, and routine maintenance.
• Automate routine operational tasks and contribute to infrastructure development projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor colleagues, and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in server administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Linux architecture and command‑line administration.
• Server hardware, virtual machines, RAID arrays, and storage systems.
• Storage technologies: performance optimization, replication, caching, backup, encryption, access control.
• DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
• Observability tools for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Cloud infrastructure management, Docker containers, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Cloud and Kubernetes security principles, OS firewalls, and security policies.
