Join Hilton’s Hotels team and brighten guests’ stays every day. As a Marketing Coordinator you will support department initiatives, manage office tasks, and create memorable hospitality experiences through strategic marketing and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement hotel‑specific marketing strategies across the website and social media platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, tools and applications to keep the hotel’s marketing approach current.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Reels, Stories and short‑form video, adhering to Hilton brand standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to design guest offers and promotional packages.
• Generate monthly marketing analyses and ensure revenue‑management potential is maximized.
• Lead public‑relations activities, manage media relationships and produce photo/video assets for the property.
