Head of Legal – inVision

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Head of Legal to design and lead the legal function for a growing ecosystem of international non‑profit, holding and operational entities. The role supports high‑impact social, educational, cultural, philanthropic and sustainability initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the launch and operation of educational, cultural, environmental, sports and other impact projects worldwide.
• Advise project teams on structuring, regulatory compliance, partner due diligence, data/privacy, donations, grants, sponsorships and fundraising mechanisms.
• Lead the registration, restructuring and ongoing maintenance of legal entities across jurisdictions, including holding foundations and regional operational entities.
• Manage corporate governance matters such as board resolutions, minutes, charters, bylaws and powers of attorney.
• Coordinate external counsel and ensure compliance with international audit, independence and de‑consolidation requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international legal projects, non‑profit law and cross‑border structuring.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted legal partner to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• High ownership mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
