Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join Haleon’s Finance team, reporting to the Finance Lead Export Markets. The role will support financial controlling, reporting, budgeting and forecasting across our export markets, working closely with sales and cross‑functional partners to provide insight for business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions in SAP, Bison, Fiori, Concur and other finance systems.
• Monitor accuracy of sales, discounts, provisions, cost of goods sold and other key data.
• Maintain financial master data, including chart of accounts and cost centre structures.
• Support month‑end closing and ensure complete financial reporting.
• Manage provisions and accruals (employee, sales, inventory, receivables).
• Coordinate intercompany expense recharge processes.
• Track operating expenses and inventory write‑offs.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting, consolidating data and reporting.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and variance commentaries.
• Analyse performance indicators such as sales, gross profit, expenses, working capital and cash flow.
• Provide SAP and Bison user support and contribute to finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in financial controlling, FP&A, commercial finance or similar role.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
