Experienced Audit Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced professional to join its Assurance practice in Almaty as an Audit Associate or Senior Associate. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from fast‑growing businesses to large corporations, and will have the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality financial statement audits while leveraging the firm’s latest technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of assurance services and business advice to clients of all sizes.
• Plan and execute the audit process from start to finish, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of client information.
• Examine financial and accounting records and review related processes and procedures.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of personal and team technical expertise.
• Coach team members, delegate tasks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in audit or a similar role.
• Progress towards ACCA qualification.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, organisational, and service‑oriented mindset.
