Experienced Associate/Senior Associate – Audit

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its Assurance practice. You will work on audit and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast‑growing businesses to large enterprises, and may participate in remote projects outside Kazakhstan.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of assurance services and business advice to clients of various sizes.
• Plan and execute the audit process from start to finish, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of financial information.
• Examine financial and accounting records and review related processes and procedures.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical expertise.
• Coach team members, delegate tasks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant audit or assurance experience.
• Progress towards ACCA qualification.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, organisational, and service‑orientation strengths.
