About the role

Our client, a large jewelry manufacturing company in Zaporizhzhia, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and develop the human resources function. The role involves shaping HR strategy, overseeing all core processes, and ensuring the workforce supports the company’s growth objectives. The HR Director will partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee administration, including contracts, records and compliance.
• Develop and coordinate training and professional development programs.
• Lead performance evaluation systems and career development initiatives.
• Oversee HR documentation, reporting and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and manage compensation and benefits.
• Drive employee engagement and succession planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as an HR Director or equivalent senior HR role.
• Experience in companies with at least 300 employees.
• Proven ability to build and manage comprehensive HR processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
