Human Resources Administrator – Kazakh & Russian Speaker

About the role

The Human Resources Administrator supports the management team by handling HR issues, coordinating employee transfers, and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes. This full‑time position is based at the Ritz‑Carlton property in Astana and requires fluency in Kazakh and Russian.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers with hiring processes, including drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and SSN verification.
• Maintain applicant flow logs, orientation records, and transfer request documentation.
• Create and update new‑hire and personnel files in the HR Information System.
• Support payroll record processing and ensure accurate employee file maintenance.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and draft office correspondence.
• Generate HR data reports and serve as a subject‑matter expert on HR projects.
• Provide orientation and training for new hires on HR policies, programs, and systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related HR experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Professional fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
