DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build resilient, fault‑tolerant infrastructure, automate routine tasks, and support production Kubernetes and database clusters. The role involves scaling systems for high loads and implementing modern tooling to improve delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build resilient, fault‑tolerant infrastructures.
• Scale infrastructure to handle high loads.
• Set up build and code delivery processes.
• Automate and optimise routine tasks.
• Implement new tools and technologies.
• Support and develop database clusters.
• Manage and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters, writing Helm charts.
• Participate in on‑call duties.

Required profile

• 2+ years of commercial DevOps experience.
• Experience managing Linux servers and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform or equivalents).
• Proficiency with GitLab CI for Docker containers using Python or Go.
• Experience setting up and maintaining PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Aerospike, Consul clusters.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, Sentry.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, docker‑compose, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL high‑availability, backups and replication.
• Conversational English (B1 level or above).
