CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to design and execute systematic communications with partners, clients, and internal teams. The role focuses on email, CRM, and data‑driven messaging across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Launch regular email and CRM communications for partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Audit existing CRM assets – contact databases, newsletters, registration forms, landing pages, and analytics.
• Develop segmentation models by country, partner, interests, activity, events and other business criteria.
• Configure and run communication sequences such as invitations, reminders, follow‑ups, informational and partner newsletters.
• Work with CRM and mailing platforms to prepare audiences, launch campaigns and analyse results.
• Ensure correct rendering of emails, links, UTM tags, forms and data transfer.
• Measure campaign performance (delivery, open, click‑through, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
• Expand communications through email, Telegram bot and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, country teams, designers and technical specialists.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing.
• Hands‑on experience launching email newsletters and CRM communications.
• Strong attention to detail for links, UTM tags, forms and email rendering.
• Basic understanding of HTML email creation is a plus.
