Credit Controller

About the role

Haleon is seeking a motivated Credit Controller to join its finance team. The role focuses on managing credit risk, ensuring timely invoice payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers and set appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify potential risks, and oversee the full credit control process from order to payment.
• Chase overdue invoices, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans.
• Allocate cash receipts accurately, reconcile accounts, and address discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, bad‑debt provisions, and credit performance metrics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, handling queries and issues promptly.
• Validate and process vendor documents, keeping partner information up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in order‑to‑cash or credit control functions.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including handling large data sets.
• Solid understanding of credit control principles and practices.
