Consultant – Management Consulting (Kazakhstan)

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Consultant to join its Kazakhstan practice. You will work on high‑impact projects that help leading organisations transform their strategy, operations and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analysis of client performance, competitive landscape and market opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, including market entry and revenue growth plans.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross‑functional work streams.
• Collaborate with senior BCG partners and client stakeholders across diverse industries.
• Travel to client sites internationally as required.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience with top international firms, leading consulting companies or high‑growth startups.
• Background in middle‑management roles or significant entrepreneurial experience.

Required skills

• Proven track record of managing teams and implementing business strategies.
• Strong quantitative analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
