Client Onboard Analyst

About the role

The Client Onboard Analyst supports the end‑to‑end onboarding of new customers, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth account opening, and high‑quality service delivery. This developing professional role requires analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather required information and issue documentation.
• Manage daily account opening and maintenance processes, including in‑process, pending, and service‑related activities.
• Define and refine work procedures, analysing complex issues that impact the department.
• Lead project‑related tasks within the account services space and coordinate cross‑functional relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service‑level metrics, proposing process improvements.
• Provide innovative solutions to client challenges while assessing associated risks.
