Business Development Manager (Student Recruitment)

About the role

The Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment will drive the growth of GEDU’s study‑abroad programmes by building new partnerships and supporting enrolment targets. This remote position focuses on expanding the network of recruitment agencies and educational partners across Kazakhstan and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with new student recruitment agencies and training providers.
• Assist the team in meeting enrolment targets for each intake.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and financial data to improve services and profitability.
• Support programme managers to maximise student enrolments.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Present GEDU offerings to potential partners and negotiate agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
