Business Development Manager

About the role

STADA is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its pharmaceutical portfolio across regional markets. The role will focus on identifying and executing M&A, licensing, co‑promotion, distribution and partnership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of M&A, licensing‑in, licensing‑out, co‑promotion, distribution and partnership deals.
• Monitor market, technology trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end deal execution, including opportunity screening, business case preparation, due diligence, negotiation strategy, contract negotiations, internal approvals and deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio, legal, regulatory, supply‑chain and finance teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, Business Administration, Finance or Strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting, with proven business development and portfolio management experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
