Business Development Manager - CIS & Global

About the role

We are building a brand‑new IB and affiliate partnerships function across the CIS and international markets. You will create and own the processes, set the standards, and drive growth for our multi‑awarded online trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source partners via LinkedIn, Telegram, industry events, financial bloggers, consultants and training centres across CIS and English‑speaking markets.
• Negotiate partnership terms and secure signed agreements.
• Support partners through onboarding to their first trading results.
• Grow existing partners by increasing trading volume.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Provide market feedback on competitor terms to influence product development.

Required profile

• Experience working with introducing broker (IB) partners or within a broker’s partnerships function.
• Proven track record building a client base as an IB or managing an agent network.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and multitask with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
