About the role

The Consumer Engagement Division Administrator will support the full document lifecycle for consumer‑facing projects such as programs, sampling, events and promotional activities. You will ensure that all paperwork, contracts and budget processes are handled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end document flow for Consumer Engagement projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate document approvals, budget tracking, procurement and supplier documentation.
• Prepare and maintain contractual documents with internal units and external suppliers, monitoring expiry dates and amendments.
• Update supplier records, including company details, certificates and compliance documents.
• Create purchase requests, follow up on approvals and track pending actions.
• Collect service confirmations and supplier documents for invoice processing.
• Monitor project expenses against budgets and alert managers to risks or deviations.
• Ensure documentation meets data protection, health‑safety and marketing compliance standards.
• Support internal audits by providing complete and accurate records.
• Maintain a corrective‑action log and track closure of items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, management, marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in administrative, coordination or assistant roles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on internal client support.
