About the role
The Work Responsibility Package (WRP) Specialist ensures safe execution of on‑site construction and maintenance tasks by managing safety permits and hazard assessments at the Tengiz location.
Key responsibilities
- Process and authorize Permit to Work (PTW) documents and verify compliance with site policies.
- Conduct and document Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for all field activities.
- Audit field operations, monitor Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, verify gas testing and enforce hot‑work safety.
- Lead daily Toolbox Talks, pre‑job briefings and intervene to stop unsafe work immediately.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in engineering, safety or a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industry or oil & gas fields.
- Relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or local heavy‑industrial safety certifications.
