Territory Sales Manager – Shymkent

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead its sales activities in Shymkent and the surrounding regions (Zhetisay, Turkestan, Saryagash). You will be responsible for executing the company’s strategy, growing market share and ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Ferrero’s sales strategy across Shymkent and nearby territories.
• Identify and activate new sales opportunities and distribution channels.
• Coordinate and motivate the local sales team to achieve short‑term and long‑term objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the distributor to monitor inventory levels and service quality.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stress‑resilience skills.
• Ability to allocate tasks and resources across multiple regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
