Partner Sales Manager – Shymkent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the expansion of Wolt’s restaurant and retail portfolio in Shymkent. You will be responsible for acquiring new partnerships, building strong relationships with owners, and driving growth in a high‑tempo environment.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and prospect the market to discover untapped opportunities.
• Identify potential partnerships and initiate engagement with restaurants and retailers that align with Wolt’s vision.
• Manage the pipeline of potential partnerships systematically.
• Understand venue performance to set profitable business terms and negotiate partnership terms.
• Collaborate closely with all relevant departments, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Required profile

• You are based in Shymkent.
• Extensive experience within retail or restaurant sales – e.g., HoReCa, FMCG, or alcohol wholesalers.
• Strong B2B and B2C communication skills, both over the phone and in the field.
• Passionate about sales; a “no” fuels your drive to achieve a “yes”.
• Natural hunter instinct, proactive in securing meetings with business owners.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian, English (B2 level).
