TA Access Manager

About the role

The TA Access Manager is responsible for planning and executing access activities that support product launch, lifecycle, and in‑market performance. The role translates global guidance into locally relevant access plans and works closely with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Policy, Field and HQ teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee integrated access and pricing plans aligned with HQ guidance, including value proposition and positioning.
• Identify barriers to access and lead healthcare system readiness planning, incorporating private market approaches where relevant.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Medical, Commercial and other functions for early assessment activities and decision‑making.
• Maintain relationships with payers, health authorities and other stakeholders, integrating their feedback into plan refinement.
• Maintain and evolve value propositions for in‑market brands and support lifecycle activities such as submission renewals, HTA updates and line extensions.
• Provide access‑related input into business cases, monitor performance against KPIs and share best practices across brands.

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences, economics or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in market access, pricing or reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in national payer negotiations and across product launch and lifecycle phases.
• Strong analytical thinking, project and stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement systems.
• Experience with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) methodologies.
