Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist in the Indirect sourcing team, you will coordinate purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage procurement and tendering processes in compliance with company policies.
• Source, qualify and develop suppliers in local and international markets.
• Prepare and coordinate tender documentation, procurement recommendations and supplier selection justifications.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and performance requirements.
• Prepare analytical reports related to procurement and materials management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in procurement, materials management, supply chain or tender administration.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Mandatory English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems such as 1C, SAP, Oracle, Coupa or similar procurement systems.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management and supplier relationship management.
