Safety Operations Analyst

About the role

As a Safety Operations Analyst you will lead tactical initiatives that improve safety for our users. You will combine project management, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities in safety operations through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Track and analyse safety‑related KPIs and produce regular reports.
• Document features, rules and processes for internal and external audiences.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects for incident response and prevention.
• Propose and test new solutions for internal systems and product features.
• Execute manual processes to remove non‑compliant users.
• Establish partnerships that boost safety metrics.
• Support regional stakeholders (PR, GR, Marketing, Business Development, Support, Product, etc.) on safety topics.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably BigQuery) and ability to write complex queries.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Prior work in safety, anti‑fraud, operations or customer experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage stakeholders.
