Repair Specialist – Service Sales & Customer Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Repair Specialist to lead the sales of repair services for our customers in the mining sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client operations and delivering tailored repair, upgrade and refurbishment solutions that support our Mission Zero goal of zero emissions.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑term partnerships by deeply understanding customer operations, maintenance strategies and production challenges.
• Own and drive sales of repair services, including component repairs, upgrades, refurbishments and lifecycle solutions.
• Develop and execute short‑ to medium‑term sales plans to grow repair revenue and increase service penetration.
• Identify, qualify and convert repair opportunities across the installed base, and cross‑sell consumables, spare parts and service agreements.
• Collaborate with customers on site to diagnose issues, conduct technical assessments and co‑develop optimized repair solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into customized repair scopes, balancing cost, performance and turnaround time.
• Ensure smooth handover and follow‑up of repair orders to guarantee delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor repair performance, turnaround times and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
