Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Antal is expanding its team and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant. The role is open to candidates with experience in any industry who want to develop a career in recruitment and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid‑level and senior positions.
• Engage with both clients and candidates, building long‑term partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence and labour‑market advice to clients.
• Participate in negotiations, networking events and professional conferences.
• Utilise CRM tools and monitor internal KPIs.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, highly organised and results‑driven.
• Experience in sales, consulting, recruitment or a relevant industry such as finance, logistics, FMCG or HoreCa.
• English proficiency at B1‑B2 level.
