Private Jet Sales Consultant + 10% Uncapped Commission

About the role

As a Private Jet Sales Consultant you will act as the primary liaison between affluent clients and our global network of aircraft operators. You will guide clients through the entire charter process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to flight completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for VIP passenger and cargo charter flights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and their representatives.
• Identify client needs, propose tailored charter solutions, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external operators to coordinate flight logistics.
• Track performance against KPIs and commission targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience serving luxury‑goods or high‑end service clients.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable with frequent, on‑demand travel.
