People & Organization (HR) Intern

About the role

We are seeking a proactive People & Organization (HR) Intern to join our Almaty team. This 3‑month internship provides hands‑on exposure to core HR functions in a multinational environment, allowing you to support strategic projects and daily operations while developing a solid foundation in human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and structuring of HR projects, trainings, and initiatives across HRBP, Talent, Reward, Recruitment, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Support the implementation of HR projects and training activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Handle operational HR tasks such as preparing and coordinating documents within internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvement and help increase the efficiency of the HR team.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and people‑related processes.
• Fluent English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Canva for basic design tasks.
