People Business Partner Manager

About the role

The People Business Partner Manager is an individual contributor responsible for delivering HR initiatives across Mastercard's CIS and Ukraine & Moldova clusters. Working closely with business leaders, the Eastern Europe People & Capability team, and regional HR partners, the role drives talent, performance, and change management programs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement core People & Capability programs, including talent and performance management, learning, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers and employees on development, employee relations, and reward issues.
• Partner with leadership to ensure effective performance management and change‑management delivery.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on local labour markets and regulatory environments.
• Oversee HR project delivery, monitor timelines and budgets, and provide regular communication on talent and compensation planning.
• Collect and analyse HR data to drive process improvement and report on program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR strategy implementation and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and regulatory requirements in the covered countries.
• Ability to coach and influence managers and employees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data for decision‑making.
